Western Technologies provides services for the residential project life cycle starting with environmental assessments and NEPA reviews which assist with critical analysis of potential environmental liabilities associated with residential real property acquisition and ownership. We customize our NEPA reviews to address specific HUD requirements from the BIA and other State and Federal funding sources. Geotechnical services are then used to identify expansive and/or collapsible soils, soil strength, geologic hazards like fissures, and seismic site classifications to generate recommendations for earthwork, foundation design, and drainage. During construction, materials testing services check the quality and placement of the building materials. After construction, nondestructive testing and environmental services are utilized for building maintenance and during remodeling.
